A medium-height, slender woman, perhaps in her early thirties. She has sharp features and black hair and eyes. She'd probably be curvy if she ate enough-- as it is, she's not unnattractive, but her general vibe is that she really wants a sandwich, at least eight hours of sleep, and a day off. She speaks with an audible Russian accent.
Yelena was once an agent of the FSB, the Russian Federal Security Service. Unfortunately, during a time of upheaval in Czech Republic*, her government forgot her while she was in deep cover as a terrorist's accountant and lover. For several years, she worked with assassins, thieves and drug runners, still doggedly trying to uncover the secrets of Anarchy 99-- the master plan under it all. Her run of bad luck continued; just as she was getting close, the NSA sent in a loud, slightly bungling American agent masquerading as a dealer in stolen cars. He was a bad secret agent but a good man, and he helped stop the terrorists, save the day, and swept Yelena out of the country and off to Bora Bora.
Poor Xander. An excellent athlete, a good boyfriend-- a lousy secret agent. He was killed by sinister government agents, and Yelena has been sent into hiding in a little town called Haurvatat.
*casual historians of the twentieth century will be going 'What time of upheaval? The Czechs are the good guys, have been for years. Who wrote this movie?' Yelena is from an X-Treme version of history. Your paltry facts do not matter here.
